About us

Ceres health was formed out of a desire to provide quality support to adults with:

Learning difficulties
Mental health conditions
Accommodation for people who become homeless
Complex mental health conditions
Individuals under the autism spectrum disorder
Substance abuse

We are not aiming to work across the country however we aspire to provide first class quality staff and support to individuals in our chosen county. We aim to ensure that individuals are supported by staff they can develop positive relationships with.

Mission statement

To provide safe and supported living arrangements and assistance tailored towards vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex and/or challenging behaviors.

Supported living is a care option that allows a significant level of independence, while also ensuring that the service user is suitably housed and has access to support when they need it. It can be an empowering yet safe alternative to traditional residential care, giving vulnerable individuals the opportunity to be more self-sufficient while still receiving some assistance from dedicated care staff
